1. About SimpleView

SimpleView is a private business reporting and analytics application developed and operated by Onesie World Pty Ltd for internal business use.

The application consolidates information from connected business platforms to provide reporting, performance analysis and operational insights.

SimpleView is not offered as a publicly available software service.

2. Authorised Use

Access to SimpleView is restricted to authorised users associated with Onesie World Pty Ltd and its related business operations.

The application may only be used for legitimate business reporting, financial analysis, operational management and related internal purposes.

Unauthorised access or use is prohibited.

3. Third-Party Integrations

SimpleView integrates with third-party services, which may include:

Google Ads
Shopify
PayPal
Starshipit
Other authorised business platforms

These integrations allow SimpleView to retrieve and process information for internal reporting and analytics.

Use of connected services remains subject to the respective providers' terms and conditions.

4. Google Ads Data

SimpleView uses the Google Ads API to retrieve authorised advertising account information, including advertising expenditure, campaign performance, clicks, impressions and conversions.

This information is used to calculate and analyse business performance metrics, including Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER).

Google Ads information is used for internal business purposes and is not sold to third parties.

5. Data Security and Privacy

SimpleView uses Supabase for application infrastructure and data storage.

Access to business information is restricted to authorised users.

Information collected through connected services is handled in accordance with the SimpleView Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and Functionality

SimpleView is maintained as an internal business application.

Its functionality may be modified, expanded, suspended or discontinued as business requirements change.

Availability of information from third-party services depends on those services and their respective APIs.

7. Accuracy of Information

SimpleView presents information obtained from connected business platforms and calculations derived from that information.

Reporting results may be affected by data availability, synchronisation delays, differences in reporting methodologies or changes made by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

SimpleView, including its application design, reporting functionality and proprietary software components, is developed for the business operations of Onesie World Pty Ltd.

Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
