1. About SimpleView

SimpleView is a private business reporting and analytics application operated by Onesie World Pty Ltd for internal business purposes.

This policy describes how SimpleView accesses, uses, stores and protects information obtained through connected business services, including Google Ads.

2. Information We Access

SimpleView may access the following information through authorised integrations:

  • Google Ads: Advertising accounts, campaign performance, advertising expenditure, impressions, clicks, conversions and related reporting information.

  • Shopify: Orders, sales, payment information and related ecommerce records.

  • PayPal: Transaction details, payment amounts, fees and transaction status.

  • Starshipit: Order fulfilment, shipping and delivery information.

SimpleView only accesses information through connections authorised for the relevant business accounts.

3. How Information Is Used

Information obtained through these integrations is used for internal business purposes, including:

  • Sales and revenue reporting.

  • Advertising performance analysis.

  • Calculation of ROAS and MER.

  • Payment fee analysis and transaction reconciliation.

  • Order fulfilment and shipping analysis.

  • Financial and operational decision-making.

Google user data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

SimpleView uses Supabase as its database and application backend.

Access to stored information is restricted through application and database security controls. Credentials and authentication tokens used for integrations are managed separately from public application content.

5. Data Sharing

Information accessed through Google Ads is used for internal reporting and analytics.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to operate SimpleView, including Supabase.

SimpleView does not sell Google user data or disclose it to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Business reporting information is retained for legitimate operational, accounting and analytical purposes.

Data may be corrected or deleted when no longer required, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

7. Google Account Access and Revocation

Access to Google Ads information is authorised through Google's OAuth authentication system.

Authorised account holders can revoke access through their Google Account permissions at:

https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Revoking access prevents SimpleView from retrieving additional Google data through that authorisation.

8. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated when SimpleView's integrations, functionality or data handling practices change.
