Why are you able to fulfill your orders so quickly?
We are a retail business, with kiosks in shopping centers all around Australia, which means we have inventory in stock, all the time, in the country, ready to go when you place your order! That is why we can (usually) process orders within 48 hours and ship by Australia Post (except on weekends, when our head office and the Post Office are closed).

Are your products safe?
Yes. Completely Safe. In the case where a product is not suitable for a child of a certain age, it will be listed in the product description, AND also on the product packaging. We always do our best to put safety ahead of all other considerations. We have had our products lab-tested within Australia to the highest standard, by a trusted laboratory (AWTA Product Testing), for Fire Safety.
How long does the FREE shipping service take to arrive?
We use premium reliable services, including Australia Post, for all our shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is sent, which generally occurs within 48 hours.
Is your Website secure?
Yes. Our site is a 'Powered by Shopify' site, which is currently the best and safest way to order anything online in Australia.
What if an item is out of stock?
We generally receive new stock daily into our warehouse locations, and should almost always have your item in stock. If an item is marked as out-of-stock on the website, you can send an email to office@myonesie.com.au to ask us to notify you when your favourite item is back in stock.
