Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hrs of purchase (excluding Saturdays & holidays, and when holidays affect delivery times).
Free shipping is offered for EVERY order over AU$150, Australia Wide. Orders under $150 attract a flat-rate of $10 per order. Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as all associated shipping costs.
### At Peak times, when Australia Post have announced delays, please allow extra time for shipping.
Please note that Australia Post updates their service impact levels regularly. At unusually busy times, some customers have received their orders within the normal time-frames whilst other customers have had to wait an additional 3 days to receive their orders.
